Sunday Onerous Experience – BionicOldGuy


Sunday is one in all my two laborious exercise days. I began with about 20 minutes of higher physique energy coaching, then did a bit over two hours on my recumbent, driving North via the Coyote Valley to San Jose. On the best way residence I did intervals and on-bike energy coaching. It was a gorgeous sunny day however chilly. Luckily I anticipated that and was sufficiently bundled up.
