I’m damaged by the great thing about the world
by ache exploding within the midst of life
and by the sheer goodness of the folks
marching and singing.
It appears incorrect that I see the blood poured out,
that of Renee Good and Alex Pretti,
as one thing stunning when it’s but heat
obvious and shining.
The blood of the innumerable Abels
for all eternity cries out from floor,
but on the snow it weaves a dwelling tapestry,
shouting and talking.
I believe I cracked the code of Jesus,
who was so badly killed by brokers of the state,
after which some folks noticed his demise nearly as good.
It’s a actually boring state of mind what occurred,
a really illogical mind-set,
to see magnificence within the utmost struggling,
a murals in demise and destruction.
It’s so incorrect — I believe —
and but that’s what I really feel:
that interrupted lives
wrecked initiatives, joys killed,
hopes maimed in a single,
are seeds of life for a lot of.
Renee and Alex: your lives have been artworks
which no bullet ever can destroy;
we hear your light voice, that sap of yours
is operating via our veins.
